Claim Procedure and Forms

In the event of an insurance claim, please follow the process detailed below

Step 1:	Call 1800-209-8888 (Toll free: Accessible from landlines & mobile phones) & register the claim.

Step 2:	Download claim form. To download Claim Forms click on the name of the form below:
	"Hospitalization due to Injury" Claim Form
	"Baggage Loss and Delay" Claim Form
	"Trip Cancellation and Interruption" Claim Form

Step 3:	Courier the claim form with supporting documents to:
