Fly More Fly Free Register Check Flight Status FAQ's
   

1.

Guests will FIRST need to register to participate in this promotion. The flights flown will be counted ONLY AFTER the Guest registers. Click Here to Register for the FLY MORE TO FLY FREE promotion.

2.

This offer is applicable for all bookings made through the following Points of Sale.

  • Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai City Office Counters
  • Deccan Website (www.airdeccan.net)
  • All India 24 / 7 call centre at 39008888
  • Airport Counters
  • Travel Agents across India
  • Reliance Web Worlds in 228 cities in India
  • India Post - Karnataka Post Offices
  • Club HP Outlets in 7 states in India

All guests who book 6 and/or 10 tickets between January 15, 2008 and March 31st 2008 will be eligible for this offer.
 

The free ticket needs to be booked and travel completed by April 15, 2008.

The guest needs to fly 6 times to win 1 free ticket (one way) (any Deccan sector) and 10 times to win 2 free tickets (one way) (any Deccan sector).
5.
The guest will be intimated through email and SMS about the free ticket. The guest must ensure that while booking the ticket, the email address and mobile number used for registration should be entered. If booking through a travel agent, please make sure that the mobile number and email address entered belongs to the guest and not the travel agent.

For the first offer i.e. Fly 6 times & get 1 ticket (one way) free, one voucher number will be sent to guest through email and SMS.
  For the second offer i.e. Fly 10 times & get 2 tickets (one way) free, two vouchers will be sent to the guest through email and SMS.
7.
The guest will have to book at least 7 days in advance of their travel date to redeem their free tickets.
8.
Guest can book tickets on any Deccan sectors under this promotion.
9.
The free tickets issued will be a zero fare ticket. Except for the PSF charge of Rs. 225/-, no other taxes will be charged.

These free tickets, once booked, cannot be cancelled or transfered. If the ticket is cancelled then the guest will loose the amount paid as taxes (PSF charges of Rs 225/- only in this case).

Only rescheduling of this ticket is allowed. Once a ticket is rescheduled, the rescheduling charges and difference in fare (if any) will have to be borne by the guest. This ticket will be treated as any other normal guest ticket.

Rescheduling of these tickets can be done at any Point of Sale (Call Centre, Airport Office, City Office). Standard Rescheduling Policies apply.
13.

The guest has the option to claim a single free ticket (one way) on completion of 6 flights. This can be done by calling the Deccan 24x7 all India Call Centre at (city code) 3900888 .

If a guest chooses not to claim the free ticket then, he/she can wait till 10 flights are completed and then they can claim two free tickets (one way).
  If the guest has finished 9 flights and wants to claim their free ticket, he/she can claim only a single free one-way ticket.
  Once this free ticket has been claimed the flight count for that guest will become 0 (zero). The voucher will be deemed as "USED" and thus marked to prevent re-use.
  If the guest then wants to further participate in this offer, he/she will have to start accumulating flight numbers from the start again.
  If the guest has finished 10 flights and has got 2 vouchers, he/she can book the free ticket on each voucher separately. this can be done on the same call to the Call Centre.
14.
To book the free tickets for travel, the guest needs to call up the Deccan 24x7 All India Call Centre and give the following details:
  • Free ticket voucher number
  • First Name and Last Name
Once the verifications are done on the Voucher Number and the name of the guest, the agents proceeds to complete the booking by selecting the sectors and selecting the flights. Name and contact details will be input by default.
Payment of Rs. 225/- (taxes) will to be collected by the Call Centre Agent. The guest will need to provide the following information to the Agent:
  • The Credit card number
  • Credit Card Expiry Date
  • CVV Number
Once the payment is through successfully, the agent continues with the booking and a PNR is generated. The Agent will tell the guest the Ticket Number (PNR) and the same will be sent to the guest in an email.
15.
The 6 and/or 10 tickets booked have to be in the name of the same guest.
The Free ticket can be availed by the guest who has traveled 6 and/or 10 times. The Guest can book this free ticket for travel for himself / herself or gift it to a family member or friend.
The name of the guest given at the time of booking the ticket should be mentioned exactly the way it is mentioned at the time of registration. This is to ensure that the guest who is booking (either for himself/herself or any other person) is registered with us.
16.
The "Fly More and Fly Free" offer cannot be combined with any other package / scheme.
  Complimentary / Free tickets that are availed of during this period will not be eligible for this offer.
17.
Deccan has all the rights to cancel the free tickets in case the travel request is found incorrect.
18.

All employees of Deccan, its families, associates & partners are not allowed to participate in this offer.

19.
Deccan Management decision with regards to issuing free tickets will be final and binding.
20.
For any legal disputes pertaining to this offer, only the courts within the territorial jurisdiction of Bangalore will have the jurisdiction to entertain and decide the same.
