Airport Services - Guest Service Manager
Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of computers.
  • Graduate/ BE.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the handling of flights on a daily basis. Ensure on time performance and provide Manager Terminal Services, Airport Manager and Senior Manager. Airport Services with detailed delay reports.
  • Prepare daily duty roster and arrange staff requirements as necessary.
  • Brief the staff on special situations and conditions.
  • Provide inputs to flight operations in case of delays, rescheduling, cancellations and combinations. Provide inputs to flight operations to apportion delays. Decide to delay flights to provide connections to Guests depending on volumes and local conditions.
  • Within set parameters allow excess baggage, no show waivers, etc. Authorize and control overtime.
  • Coordinate with other departments to minimize turn around time. Liaise with external & internal service providers to improve quality of service provided and follow up.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as laid down in the ASM.

 

Airport Services - Guest Service Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide complete flight supervision to flights assigned.
  • Provide efficient Guest Service and Optimize Revenue. Checks duty roster for flights assigned and availability of staff. Check status of all flights including catering uplift and adjust as required.
  • Verify the position of transit Guests and inform duty Manager.
  • Allow excess baggage within set parameters. Authorize upgrades according to the guidelines in respect of overbooking. Personally deal with denied boarded and offloaded Guests. Personally deal with irate Guests on exceptional basis.
  • Liaise with internal and external service providers.
