Operations - Pilots
Qualifications:	Current Indian ALTP ( Multi Engine - Land) FRTO, RTR, IR (ME) and medical fitness.
Flying Experience:	For A-320: PIC - 1000h on commercial Jets /500h on commercial multi jets/1000h non-commercial multi jets/1000h commercial ME Tubo-prop/2000h non commercial ME Turbo-prop. For ATR: Minimum - 2500 hrs with 1000 hrs PIC with not less than 500 hrs PIC on ME aircraft.

Operations - Co - Pilots

Qualifications:

Current Indian CPL, FRTO, RTR, IR.

Flying Experience:

For A-320:
A minimum of 25 hrs on ME aircraft (of which 10 hrs could be on an approved ME simulator) is mandatory.

Also Currency of ME Instrument Rating is necessary at the time of joining for A-320.

For ATR:
Preference will be given to ME endorsement holders.
