Engineering - Line Maintenance- Hangar Manager
Qualifications:	Engineering Degree /AME license / equivalent technical related qualification in aircraft maintenance discipline preferably with a business school qualification.
Experience:	Good broad knowledge of the aviation industry, preferably in a heavy maintenance environment (MRO), along with a proven track record in implementation of process improvement. (PERT/CPM).
Job Responsibilities:	Liaise with various departments with in and out side the company which will include obtaining relevant approvals from regulatory authorities. Ensure that all maintenance is conducted in an efficient, safe and to the highest possible standards. Development of MOE and obtain repair station (CAR-145) approvals. Develop all shops and procure required equipments to meet production requirements. Develop and lead a continuous improvement process within the department, identifying areas to increase productivity and in-house capabilities. Preparation of annual budgets.
