1. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the service charge as applicable and paid by the customer shall in no case be or deemed to be the part of premium amount collected by ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company.

2. Each party shall be liable and responsible only towards the services rendered by it

4. Deccan Aviation is only the policy holder and as such is not liable for payment of any claims by the Guests.

5. The policy has been underwritten by ICIC Lombard and as such ICICI Lombard are under legal obligation to settle the claims of the Guests (insured beneficiaries) in accordance with the policy terms and conditions.
